The incumbent Should have handled litigation, well versed with consumer cases, 138 complaints, recovery suits, labour laws, FDA cases, Criminal and Civil Suits of general nature and Food Adulteration cases .
The incumbent should have hands on experience in litigation in various courts including Consumer forums, civil court, and criminal courts and also should have fairly good knowledge of procedures of the different courts .
Excellent communication skills and must be a good team member
Job Description
To manage litigation & legal matters of the company on pan India basis
Drafting of contracts, MOU’s, agreements, written statements, appeals, suits, counter statements, plaints etc.
To manage litigation management, follow up with the advocates and update the status note and advising the management on litigation on regular basis
Ensure that all information that is required by the Advocates is provided to enable him to efficiently handle the case.
Ensuring that the cost of litigation is kept under control without compromising on the quality of representation.
The incumbent will have to effectively manage the relationship with both the advocates and business so that litigation is managed in most efficient manner and is cost effective manner.
