The Corporate compliance manager shall be responsible for administering and managing the Local, National and International corporate regulations applicable to the organizations

Responsibilities:

· Develop, Initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures of the applicable compliance program.

· Check and prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.

· Managing day- to day- compliance operation of the organizations

· Develop, periodically reviews and update standard of conduct in practice.

· Collaborate with Risk manager and Information’s security officer and corporate attorney for complex legal compliance issues.

· Develop and create Investigation procedure.

· Respond alleged violations of rules, regulations.

Procedures and standard of conduct, and developing /implementing corrective action plan.

· To act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure compliance issues are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

· Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk

· Coordinate with enforcement agencies.

· To provide reports on a regular basis

· Conducts training and awareness program

· Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program.

· Certification on CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

· Flawless writing and Communication skills in English,Interpersonal skills Domain Knowledge
