Business Development
• Heading business development strategy and plan, both short and long range, to ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services
• Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share.
• Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts.
• Identify potential market segments/verticals
• Ensure target achievement of team members from different product & geographic domains.
Customer Satisfaction
• Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them.
• Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationships with customers.
Strategy
• To be a part of the core team to help company get into newer markets, products and services.
• Contribute to policy, strategy and decisions of the management team by providing sound advice on the implications of business decisions and assumptions of risk involved
Team Development
• Align appropriate responsibilities, accountability and authority for team members
• Enable and support a sense of team spirit, encouraging an environment of open communication
• Help team members in laying down their performance plans and managing and enhance their performance
• Hold regular planning and review meetings with team members.
• Identify development needs of team members
• Inspire team members and groom them for additional responsibilities.
• Encourage team members to value the customers and deliver high quality service
Desired Profile
The individual should have bear minimum exposure for 8 years to frontline sales in UK .
• Should be sales professional with relevant experience in customised software solutions Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business
• Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plans Good Communication, leadership and Inter-personal Skills.
• Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills
• Should be highly motivated and target oriented.
• Exposure to BFSI Domain.
