Trainee Asst. Officer – IT ( System Administrator)

Job Description :

As a part of IT Team incumbent will work as Trainee for a year and will be given a training for six months and then will be responsible for:

1. HP Unix 11i v3 administration.
2. RHEL 4 linux administration.
3. Storage administration.
4. Veritas Netbackup administration.
5. Patch management for unix and linux servers.
6. AMC management of all servers.
7. Daily backup of all servers.
8. Restore application data with along Oracle, SAP, Lotus and Blackberry administrators.
9. Tape library management
10. Keeping server up and running with up time of 98%.
11. Monitoring server health with respect to all hardware (HDD, Processors, RAM, Network card and attached peripherals).
12. Monitoring OS health and load.
13. Monitoring of application processes at OS level along with Oracle, SAP, Lotus and Blackberry administrators.
14. OS log monitoring and maintenance of logsheet on daily basis.
15. Applying security as per policy given by security administrator.
16. OS hardening of all servers along with Oracle, SAP, Lotus and Blackberry administrators.

Desired Profile :

Essential: B.E in IT / CS with 60+% aggregate in engineering without any backlogs + 60+% in SSC & HSC.

Candidates willing to start their career with manufacturing company.

Shortlisted candidates has to sign a service agreement for the period of three years and during training period i.e., one year CTC will be 2.25 Lacs p.a
