Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills:

• IT Operations teams management Skills , between 11-14 years

• Experience in Managing the IT Operations on a day to day basis from a service delivery standpoint.

• Ability to proactively seek, pre-empt and prevent bottlenecks by implementing practical solutions within tight deadlines. Has experience in managing large Infrastructure projects for a Customer.

• Has managed SLA Compliance for the customer and under taken service

improvement projects to in case improvements are required in service

delivery. Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITIL certified

• Core Skills: Remote/Onsite Infrastructure Management (Network, Servers Systems, Security, Database, Messaging and Collaboration, Content Management), ITIL Based service management, Internal IT operations and management, cost center/budget management etc

• Experience of managing Customer relationships, Account Management, Operational control of the task

• Experience in Pre-sales/Post-sales support (C-Level interface), Transition Management, and blended (Offshore/Onshore) delivery operations.

• Experience on the Transition and Due Diligence done for IT Services Projects

• Defining KPI’s and ensuring review on KPI and take corrective action if necessary

• Team leadership/management skills

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer Relationship Management skills

Qualification and Technical Skills

• B. E / MBA with min 11 Years of Industry Experience on the IT Infrastructure and Service Side

• CCNA/ MCSE/ CCNP Certified
