Job Description The job-holder is responsible for:

-  To manage and drive the outsourced business model of Direct marketing within Digital Channel.

- To develop, manage and mentor the Direct Sales force, and ensure the leads provided by call centre are closed effectively aiming 100% customer satisfaction.

- To support the sales force in the back office operations co ordinations with regard to proposal forms, PPC’s, Loading, Additional information, login cases, booking cases etc.

- To support AMHI call center for closure of leads provided, within the assigned State/ Region and to generate Direct Business from the open market.

Desired Profile Skills & work experience:

• Manage, train, mentor and evaluate Direct sales team

• Submit required reports and statistics to the management on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.

• Develop and deploy plans to increase AMHI Direct sales performance in coordination with the Manager Digital Channel.

• Responsible to achieve assigned sales targets.
